One of my favorite summer shows is So You Think You Can Dance. Have you watched it? I love it more than American Idol. This is season 8 so it's been on TV for awhile and it helps me avoid the boring reruns that have monopolized every channel. If you are unfamiliar with the show basically it's American Idol with dancing. One of the reason's I love it is because with each dance routine they have a little caption of the song that they are using. And I have discovered some awesome songs I would have never heard otherwise. Maybe I will post some of my favorites I hear this season for you all.
Top 20 has been chosen at this point in the competition. So if you do follow SYTYCD, who is your early favorite? In my opinion, no one will compare to Neil Haskell from season 3. I don't know if he was the best dancer, but he was so stinkin' cute. However, this is season 8 and there were good performances such as, Missy & Wadi and Caitlyn with all star Robert. But overall I was a little underwhelmed. That was until Melanie Moore & Marko Germar had their routine. They stole the show. Melanie was one of my favorites from the auditions and she did awesome tonight. Check out their great routine here:
